BUILDING DIRECTORY:
Upon your request the building directory at the front door of the lobby will display your last name and first initial. When a visitor touches the ‘call’ button next to your name on the screen, the system will dial your telephone or mobile phone. Please drop off a note in the Management Office indicating the phone number you wish to be programmed into the directory. Your phone number will not be visible on the directory screen. When your visitor calls you from the front door by pressing the ‘call’ button next to your name, press the number 6 on your phone if you wish to open the front door.

East Wing Basement, next to the East Laundry Center.

SEA VERGE PERSONNEL:

MAINTENANCE MANAGER:
Richie Emini, Apt. #1E, First Floor, East Wing.
Hours: Sunday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT:
Eddie Kaplanovski, Apt. X, East Wing Basement near Elevator.
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

RENTAL PAYMENT:
No rent bills are issued. Cash payments are not accepted. Checks should be made payable to: 385 Ocean Blvd., L.L.C. Payment of monthly rent may made at the Management Office or mail to: Sea Verge Apts., PO Box 1340, Ridgewood, NJ 07451-1340 (postmarked by the fifth day of the month).

LAUNDRY CENTERS:
Two laundry centers are on site, one in the West Wing Basement and one in the East Wing Basement.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
A Trash Chute is located on the West Wing of each floor. New Jersey requires separation of plastic, newspapers, and cans from regular garbage.
